Product Details

Flat-finish appearance with excellent coverage for Galvanized Sheets, Concrete, and iron and metal Surfaces. It is ideally recommended as undercoat (primer) for acrylic lacquers, baking enamels, epoxy enamels, nitrocellulose lacquers and any topcoat finish which requires durable priming.

Painting System

1. Mix 3 parts by volume Guilder Epoxy Primer to 1 part by volume Guilder Epoxy Catalyst

2. Reduce 25-30% by volume with Guilder Epoxy Reducer, to approximately 20 ± 2” FC #4

3. Allow 20-30 minutes induction time before application

4. Prime metal with Guilder Epoxy Primer

5. Let it dry overnight then apply topcoat.

Application

1. spray, need to thin down with Epoxy Reducer or Lacquer/ Acrylic Thinner

2. brush or roller, no reduction is required or use as necessary only.
